Please check availability for either room or for the complete hall on our online calendars.

No booking will be confirmed without a booking form (download below).

To confirm your booking, print the booking form and either post to The Gaskell Hall, Emesgate Lane, Silverdale. Lancashire, LA5 0RA or scan in and send by email.

Pricing

The prices below which are valid from 1st April 2023. The hire charges are also printed on the booking form.

The rates for private functions and village organisations:

• Main Hall, Stage and Rigby (ground floor) Kitchen - £20 per hour. 
• Green Room and Green Room Kitchen - £12 per hour 
• All: Main Hall, Green Room, Stage, and Both Kitchens - £30 per hour. 

The rates for Coffee Mornings on Saturdays: 09.00- 12.30:

• Hall and Lower kitchen - £90 for Village Organisations
• Hall and Lower kitchen - £110 for Outside Organisations
• Stage Hire for Coffee Morning - £20
• Set up on Friday night if available - £20 

The rates for events open to the public where admission is charged i.e disco’s, plays, lectures:

• Main Hall with lower Kitchen - £35 per hour
  
• Green Room with upper Kitchen - £20 per hour
  
• Whole of the Hall and Green Room - £45 per hour
  

License fee to run a Bar - £30 per night / £10 Interval Bar                                                    

If you wish to pay by cheque at your event, there is the Treasurer's post box located in the store room (please do not deposit cash).
